"WE HERE NOW" T-SHIRT
A Social Impact Capsule piece inspired by the 2020 climate, highlighted by the movement for Black lives in the United States. This human rights issue has picked up eyes, allies, and resources and I was inspired to create an item that furthered the conversation. It takes its design queues from 70s - 90s activism shirts and signs.
“WE HERE NOW” is a saying I coined that is a call to action. We’ve been fighting and organizing and we now have the world’s attention. This is a challenge to us all to use the momentum to act immediately!
This is the first capsule in a series I will do merging my passion for social impact and fashion. Thank you for considering me.
